Positive: Food was excellent, bed excellent, staff friendly but seemed shy of us perhaps because we were not Italian.
Negative: As a couple we did not realise when we booked that it was a hotel orientated towards kids (bambini), lots of them. To that end it was less than relaxing at meal times although if you sat outside ( weather permitting ) it was better. We also did not like that for our whole stay of 4 nights we were stuck in the same corner table with no window for breakfast and dinner. In other hotels where tables are assigned they have been rotated. Another good reason to eat outside if the weather is good. Also water not always available outside of meal times unless you buy it, same with coffee or tea, which we felt was a bit tight for a full board booking.
